SOUTH LOOP — The Maxwell, a 216,000-square-foot retail complex expected to open at Roosevelt Road and Clinton Street in September, has signed lease agreements with six lifestyle retailers.
Nordstrom Rack, Burlington, Dick's Sporting Goods, TJ Maxx, Pier One and Men's Wearhouse will open storefronts in the three-story mall this spring, according to a spokeswoman from Bond Company, the developers behind the project.
The Maxwell includes an enclosed parking structure and extends to Taylor and Canal streets. Construction began last winter on the South Loop development, originally set to open this spring.
