Two Injured in Chatham Fire

CHICAGO — Two men were injured during a house fire in Chatham early Thursday.

The fire started about 1:45 a.m. in a three-story apartment building in the 8200 block of South Ingleside Avenue, police said. Its origin is still unknown.

A 55-year-old man sustained injuries to his back and leg after jumping from a second-story window. He was treated at Stroger Hospital.

A 45-year-old man was taken to Jackson Park Hospital for minor burns to his foot, police said.
