CHICAGO — A modern-looking home with a rooftop deck was just listed for $3.1 million on Wednesday, and those interested can check it out for themselves at an open house this weekend.

The house was listed for sale back in March for nearly $3.6 million before the price was slashed, according to real estate website Zillow. The home was last sold in June 2004 for $2.7 million, according to Cook County records.
The open house is scheduled from noon-2 p.m. Sunday.
