Things to Do in Lincoln Park and Old Town on Wednesday

CHICAGO — Ideas for what to do Wednesday night in Lincoln Park and Old Town include trivia, blues music and stand-up comedy.

Trivia at Racine Plumbing Bar and Grill, 2642 N. Lincoln Ave., 8 p.m.

The bar has free trivia nights every Wednesday. Specials include $3 Bud Light drafts, $4 Skyy vodka cocktails and half price for all whiskey. 

Carl Weathersby at Kingston Mines, 2548 N. Halsted St., 8 p.m.

Blues artist Carl Weathersby plays the venue every Wednesday night along with Mike Wheeler and Peaches Staten. Tickets may be bought online for $12 and are also available at the door.

Mike Lawrence at Zanies, 1548 N. Wells St., 8:30 p.m. (with additional performances Thursday, Friday and Saturday)

New York City-based comedian Mike Lawrence, who has been seen on "Conan," performs at Zanies from Wednesday through Saturday. The show is $25 plus a minimum of two food or drink orders.
