LINCOLN PARK — This year's hall of fame class includes Frank Thomas, Greg Maddux and ... The Chicago History Museum.

The history museum was selected as one of the top wedding venues in America and was listed in The Knot magazine's hall of fame.

For the fourth year in a row, the museum, 1601 N. Clark St., was named one of the honorees in The Knot's Best of Weddings roundup.

The museum was the only Chicago venue listed in the popular wedding-centric magazine's hall of fame.

Earning a mention in the magazine's Best of Weddings roundup was the W Hotel Downtown and the Hotel Baker in St. Charles.

The distinctions were based on ratings by local brides and grooms.

The hall of fame induction and Best of Weddings award put the museum in the top 1 percent of venues listed by The Knot.
