CHICAGO — If you wanted to see the Piano Man tickle the ivory at Wrigley Field, you're out of luck.
Tickets for Billy Joel's July 18 concert sold out in just 30 minutes, the show's promoter, LiveNation, said Saturday afternoon.
Tickets went on sale the general public Saturday morning. It marks Joel's first solo show in Chicago in seven years, and the first time a musician has returned to the Friendly Confines. Joel played with Elton John at Wrigley Field in 2009.
