CHICAGO — A single-family home in Lincoln Park designed in "the grand tradition" is listed for $3.75 million, according to Prudential Rubloff.

The home at 1901 N. Dayton St. is on a corner lot and has six bedrooms and four bathrooms plus a half bathroom, according to the listing from Melinda Jakovich of Prudential Rubloff.

The house comes with a a two-car attached garage.

Some of the home's more ornate aspects include a master bathroom with a marble-decorated floor as well as a study that is surrounded by rich-colored wood. There are also 11-foot-high ceilings.

The floors are made of Brazilian cherry, mahogany and oak, according to to the listing. 

A two-level deck attached to the house comes complete with an outdoor kitchen, according to the listing.

The home also has a workout area, a wetbar and a children's playroom with built-in chalkboards.

Taxes on the property were about $34,331 in 2012, according to Cook County tax data.

The home, which was built in 2002, was last sold in January 2006 for $3.6 million, according to real estate website Zillow.

It was previously on the market for $3.95 million in 2011 before the listing was removed.
