Lincoln Park, Lakeview Businesses Burglarized Over Weekend, Police Say

CHICAGO — Burglars smashed through front-door glass of four businesses in Lakeview and Lincoln Park over the weekend, police said.

The incidents occurred between 6 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. Sunday, according to a community alert. In each incident, the burglar made off with some property after breaking the glass of the front door.

The incidents occurred at the following locations and approximate times:

• 800 block of West Webster Avenue between 6 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. Sunday.

• 800 block of West Webster Avenue between 11:45 p.m. Saturday and 3:20 a.m. Sunday.

• 3000 block of North Halsted Street between 8:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. Saturday.

• 2000 block of North Racine Street about 9:30 a.m. Sunday.

There is no description available of the suspects.
