Peeping Tom Watched Victim in Bathroom Before Attacking: Police

CHICAGO — Police are warning Lower West Side community members of a peeping Tom who abused a victim at an area business last month.

At 10:15 p.m. on Nov. 23, the suspect was observed on video watching the victim in the bathroom of a business int he 2100 block of South Lumber Street. The victim left the bathroom and was grabbed by the suspect, and dragged into a stairwell.

The victim was able to get away and notify police.

The suspect is described as a black man, age 25-35, 5-foot-10 to 6-foot-2, weighing between 140 and 160 pounds. He was last seen wearing a light blue long-sleeve shirt and dark pants.
