Three Shot Sunday, Including Two in Logan Square

CHICAGO — Three people were shot Sunday in incidents in Logan Square and Roseland.

In the most recent shooting, a man was shot in his buttocks in the 11000 block of South Parnell Avenue at 12:55 p.m., police said. The man was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn; his condition was not available.

Two men were taken to Stroger Hospital after being shot in Logan Square Sunday morning, police said.

The two men were shot about 10:30 a.m. in the 1700 block of North Campbell Avenue, said Officer Janel Sedevic, a police spokeswoman. One man was shot in the calf and the other was wounded in the arm, she said.

They were taken to Stroger Hospital, where one man was in serious condition, she said. The other man's condition was unknown.

No one is in custody and no more information was available.
