CHICAGO — A 64-year-old woman was killed in a fatal car accident in Lincoln Park Saturday morning.
She was identified as Tamara Marslova of the 3200 block of North Harlem Avenue in Belmont Heights.
Around 9 a.m. Saturday, Marslova ran a stop light and was struck by an oncoming truck at the 1600 block of West Fullerton Avenue, said Officer Janel Sedevic, a police spokeswoman.
She was pronounced dead at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center at 9:41 a.m. Saturday, according to the Cook County Medical Examiner.
No tickets were issued in the accident, Sedevic said.
