CHICAGO — A Lincoln Park home on the market for $2.9 million, which includes "his" and "her" bathrooms, wide floor plans and lots of windows, has been featured in three magazines for its design, according to a listing agent.

The single-family home at 2139 N. Racine Ave., which has five full bedrooms and five full bathrooms plus a half bathroom, has been featured in 50 Dream Kitchens, Beautiful Kitchens and Chicago Home and Garden, according to listing agent Michael Zuker with @properties.

The kitchen has English-milled, handcrafted cabinetry, according to the listing.

According to the listing, wide floor plans are included in the 5,300 square feet of space, and all the windows and skylights offer some natural light.

A patio and deck offers spots to hang out in the warmer months, and in the winter, homeowners might appreciate the heated garage.

There's also a family area designed as projection room, which is complete with a screen that drops from the ceiling.

"His" and "her" bathrooms are also included in the master suite, according to the listing. The "her" bathroom apparently has a large countertop, a chair and a large bathtub and shower, while the "his" bathroom looks rather smaller.

The house, which was built in 2002, was listed for sale in April, according to real estate website Zillow.

According to @properties, taxes on the property are an estimated $21,366, based on 2011 tax information.
