CHICAGO — Some picks for a neighborhood night out Tuesday include two music shows and discounted comedy show.

Music

Bernhoft with Miracles of Modern Science at Lincoln Hall, 2424 N. Lincoln Ave., 8 p.m.

Norwegian soul singer and instrumentalist Bernhoft performs along with Miracles of Modern Science, a Brooklyn-based rock band. Tickets to the show, which is restricted to those 21 and older, are $20.

Shirley Johnson at B.L.U.E.S., 2519 N. Halsted St., 9:30 p.m. 

Blues singer Shirley Johnson, who was born in Virginia but has been performing in Chicago since the '80s, performs at the club Tuesday night. For "Good Neighbor Night," those from zip codes 60614, 60657, 60610, 60613 or 60618 get in free.

Comedy

10 Comedians for $10 at Zanies, 1548 N. Wells St., 8:30 p.m.

Comedian Pat McGann hosts a show that includes standup from 10 Chicago-area people for $10, plus two minimum orders of food or drinks. Local funny people include Emily Galati, Chris Condren, Meechie Hall, Tim Harrison, Nate Weatherup, Sydney Adeniyi, Candy Lawrence, Jacob Williams, Danny Kallas, and sisters Tiffany and Danielle Puterbaugh. The show also runs Wednesday night.
