CHICAGO — A 21-year-old man was wounded in the right shoulder in a Halloween shooting, police said.
He told police someone fired gunshots from a nearby gangway about 7:40 p.m. Thursday night in the 7700 block of South Emerald. He was struck in the right shoulder and later taken to St. Bernard Hospital in stable condition.
No one is in custody for the shooting that injured the man.
