CHICAGO — A Lincoln Park home listed for $1.19 million comes with a hot tub, terrace and plenty of modern amenities all hidden within a gated community, and it looks like a refuge for those looking for some seriously comfortable privacy.

The townhome at 641 W. Willow St. #188, with its five bedrooms, three full bathrooms and about 3,470 square feet of space (including the garage), is the largest residence in the complex, according to its listing on Coldwell Banker.

The home was built in 1987 and last sold for $915,000 in December 2004, according to real estate website Zillow. It was listed at its current price by Jennifer Ames Chicago on Sept. 13, according to Zillow.

Some highlights include a brightly lit, expanded kitchen with red and white tiles and granite countertops, hardwood floors, a roof deck and a terrace with a hot tub.

The complex has a monitored gate and a private park along with landscaping and snow removal services.
