LINCOLN PARK — A custom-built home listed for $3.95 million in Lincoln Park comes with an elevator, a skyline view and 7,500 square feet of space, according to its listing.

The three-story home at 1874 N. Burling St. also includes an elliptical staircase in case you'd like to take the more picturesque way up to the top floor.

The home, built in 2001, was listed by Tim Salm of Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty. Taxes on the place are $51,557, according to the listing.

About 13 years ago, the property sold for a paltry $600,000, according to Zillow. It was then sold at foreclosure auction for $2.48 million in July of this year before being listed for its current price on Sept. 12, according to Zillow.

The home has five bedrooms and five full bathrooms. According to the listing, at least one of those bathrooms includes a steam room. A roof deck at the very top gives a view of the city's skyline.

More information is available via the home's listing on Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty.
