CHICAGO — A 19th century home near Oz Park went on sale for $1.825 million earlier this week.
The three-story brick row house at 2049 N. Howe St. was built in 1889 and has since been renovated, according to real estate website Zillow.
Per its listing on Baird & Warner, the Lincoln Park home has three bedrooms and 2½ bathrooms within its 3,300 square feet of space.
Features with arguably the most potential include a huge patio and deck and a sizable master bathroom. It also has an unfinished attic.
The home was most recently sold in 1989 for $750,000, according to Zillow. It was listed on Monday at the current price.
