GRAND CROSSING — A 25-year-old man was stabbed in a domestic dispute in the Grand Crossing neighborhood Sunday night, police said.

The man was arguing with his girlfriend in the 7400 block of South Kimbark Avenue when she pulled a knife and stabbed him in his lower chest, said Officer Amina Greer, a Chicago Police Department spokeswoman.

The man was taken to Northwestern Memorial Hospital in serious condition.

The woman fled the home and was not in custody as of early Monday morning, and the injured man was uncooperative with the investigation, police said.
