THE LOOP — Police said they were looking for a man who attacked and fondled an 18-year-old woman as she was walking into her Lincoln Park apartment building early Sunday.
The woman was walking into the apartment building in the 1000 block of West Armitage Avenue about 1:30 a.m. when the man attacked and groped her, according to a community alert issued by police.
He then took off in a gold sedan, according to the alert.
The attacker was described in the alert as a Hispanic man with brown hair 20 to 25 years old, between 5-foot-3 and 5-foot-5 and weighing 140 to 160 pounds. He was clean shaven with brown hair, and he was last seen wearing a blue baseball cap and jeans, according to the alert.
