Roseland Man Shot to Death During Apparent Robbery

 A 34-year-old man was in critical condition after being shot in Roseland Thursday, possibly during a robbery, authorities said.

CHICAGO — A Roseland man was fatally shot during an apparent robbery Thursday, authorities said.

The 34-year-old man was shot at 1:03 p.m. in the 10400 block of South Perry Avenue — possibly during the course of a robbery — said Officer Daniel O'Brien, a police spokesman.

Brian Rollins, 34, of the first block of West 105th Street, was pronounced dead at Advocate Christ Medical Center at 2:59 p.m. Thursday, according to the Cook County Medical Examiner's Office.

No one was in custody Thursday.
