ARCHER HEIGHTS — Three people were wounded in shootings overnight across the city.

Around 12:45 a.m. Friday, a 23-year-old man was shot in the leg in the 4300 block of South Lawler Avenue in Archer Heights. The man was taken to Mount Sinai in good condition, said Officer Ron Gaines, a police spokesman.

Earlier, around 9:40 p.m. Thursday, a 22-year-old man was shot in the shoulder and buttocks in the 900 block of West 96th Street in Washington Heights. The man was in his car when a black SUV approached and fired shots. He was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn in stable condition, Gaines said.

An hour earlier, a 20-year-old man was shot in the 1800 block of North Keeler. The shooting occurred around 8:45 p.m. and the man was struck in the right thigh. The shooting appeared to be gang related and police had no more details of the shooting, Gaines said.
