CHICAGO — Calling it quits can cost a lot, but three Chicago couples will get a free divorce courtesy of dating site sugardaddie.com.
The "niche" dating site that pairs "older, affluent men with younger, attractive women," will pay for a $299 divorce package from LegalZoom.com, according to the company.
But you're only eligible for the $299 paperwork package "as long as you and your spouse agree on a few major issues," such as settlements and child custody.
SugarDaddie CEO Steven Pasternak said the site hopes to "help people gain real independence in their lives," and cites the high cost of divorce in Chicago — an average of $282 per hour.
Residents who want to be considered have until 5 p.m. Aug. 31 to submit their reasons for wanting a divorce here.
