CHICAGO — After searching the waters around Navy Pier for a teen who reportedly fell off a boat, authorities spotted the 18-year-old on surveillance video leaving the area and called off the search.
The fire department called for a "full response," which included divers and a helicopter, to search for the teen, officials said.
But surveillance video showed the teen getting onto a bus at Navy Pier, and the rescue crews were sent away.
