LOGAN SQUARE — The first Divvy bike-share stations west of Western Avenue will be landing soon in Logan Square and Humboldt Park, the city announced Tuesday.

The 3-week-old bike-sharing program has seen the launch of more than 75 stations with 40 more to roll out this week, including two in Logan Square and one in Humboldt Park.

The Logan Square stations will be at the corners of California Avenue and Palmer Street (15 docks) and Stave Street and Armitage Avenue (11 docks).

The Humboldt Park station will be at the corner of Campbell and North avenues and will have 15 docks.

The bike-share program has already shown strong numbers since launching on June 28, and now boasts more than 3,000 members, up from 2,200 two weeks ago.

The city also announced that Divvy was the busiest bike-share program in the world on Saturday, based on percentage of bikes in use.

All told, Divvy hopes to have 300 stations and 3,000 bikes up and running by the end of the summer, and 4,000 bikes at 400 stations by next spring.

Among those are nine more stations planned for Logan Square and Humboldt Park:

•Kedzie and Milwaukee avenues

•Albany and Fullerton avenues

•Kedzie Avenue and Palmer Street

•Rockwell Street and Milwaukee Avenue

•California and Armitage avenues

•California and Bloomingdale avenues
