CHICAGO — Police are investigating the death of a man found in a home in North Lawndale Sunday morning.

The man was found unresponsive in a home in the 2100 block of South Harding Avenue, said Officer Jose Estrada, a police spokesman. He said a death investigation is ongoing.

Relatives on the scene said the man was 53-year-old Samuel Brown, one of 13 siblings. Sunday afternoon, brothers and sisters gathered and said they were waiting for answers on how "Uncle Sammy" had died.

The Cook County Medical Examiner's Office said Brown showed no signs of trauma.
