CHICAGO — A 19-year-old man has been charged in the May shooting death of a Roseland man.
Devonta Williams, 19, was charged with murder in the death of 34-year-old Michael Kizer, police said.
Kizer was near his home in the first block of West 107th Street on the afternoon of May 29 when he was shot by two men, police said at the time.
Williams, of the 5300 block of South Bishop Street, was arrested and identified by witnesses who saw him shoot Kizer, according to police.
He was scheduled to appear in bond court Thursday.
