RIVER NORTH — If you are missing a brown-haired dog in River North, it may be headed for the expressway.
A dog with a green collar was spotted headed westbound on the eastbound Ohio Street feeder ramp that funnels drivers from the Kennedy Expressway into River North.
The dog caused traffic to jam up just before noon.
"We got like 20 calls on it," said an Illinois State Police spokesman. Authorities haven't yet found the dog, the spokesman said.
