CHICAGO — A 3-week-old baby boy is in good condition after he was left abandoned at a Chicago Lawn fire station Monday afternoon, the fire department said.

The baby was dropped off at 2236 W. 69th St., the home base for Engine 101, about 4:47 p.m.

He was taken to Holy Cross Hospital in good condition, according to the fire department.
