CHICAGO — Four people were injured Thursday morning when a CTA bus collided with a van and then crashed into a building on the South Side, cops said.
A CTA bus and a van crashed near 64th Street and Kedzie Avenue in Chicago Lawn about 4:34 a.m., said Officer John Mirabelli, a Chicago Police Department spokesman.
The CTA bus then struck a nearby building, Mirabelli said.
The driver of the van suffered non-life-threatening injuries, as did three people inside the CTA bus, Mirabelli said.
Two people were taken to Holy Cross Hospital in fair condition, the Chicago Fire Department said.
