CHICAGO — A toddler found near Douglas Park Sunday has been reunited with his parents.
They were reunited at Mt. Sinai Hospital, where the boy was taken for precautionary measures, said Officer Michael Sullivan, a police spokesman.
The boy, described as black, between 18 and 24 months, was discovered by himself in the 1300 block of South Fairfield Avenue.
