CHICAGO — Police are searching for a man accused of inappropriately touching two young women on a Red Line "L" train several weeks ago.

The man approached two women in separate incidents about 7 a.m. on April 11 in a Red Line train car, police said. He touched their legs "inappropriately" while also trying to put his arm around them, police said in a community alert.

The women got off the train, and the man fled, officials said.

Police describe the man as black, 20 to 25 years old, 5 feet 10 inches to 6 feet tall, and weighing 170 to 190 pounds.

Officials ask anyone with information to call 312-744-8261.
