Logan Square Intelligentsia Set to Open April 25

LOGAN SQUARE — An opening date has finally been set for the long-talked-about Logan Square Intelligentsia.

Plastered across the windows of the 2642 N. Milwaukee Ave. storefront — formerly the Nothin' Less coffee shop — is the date April 25, along with the Chicago-based coffee company's well-known winged coffee cup logo.

It will be the fifth retail location in Chicago, and the eighth overall. There are three other locations in Los Angeles.

Another shop is also set to open in Old Town in June.

"As home to some of our favorite restaurants and bars and many of our Chicago team members, Logan Square is a neighborhood we've wanted to join for years," the Intelligentsia website reads. "We've put the bar right in the middle of the space with stools on either side, allowing us to look after guests throughout their visit.

"Also — there will be magazines, toast, milkshakes, tiles and some of the best baked goods in Chicago."
