CHICAGO — Two people were stabbed in Chatham Sunday afternoon, leaving one with critical injuries, fire officials said.

A 5:21 p.m. two people were injured in the stabbing, which occurred in the 500 block of East 87th Street. A male, who was stabbed in the stomach, was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn. A woman sustained injuries to her face and body, and was taken to Christ in critical condition, fire officials said.
