CHICAGO — Authorities are investigating after a man's body was found near the Dan Ryan Expressway early Saturday morning.
About 3:40 a.m., a body of the man, thought to be in his 60s, was found about on the southbound side of the expressway by the Taylor Street exit, authorities said.
The man appears to have died from natural causes but Illinois State Police are still investigating, according to Illinois State Police Officer Valerie Hofbauer. The Cook County Medical Examiner's Office said the man was found frozen by the side of the road.
