Man in Critical Condition After Being Shot in North Lawndale

CHICAGO — A man was hospitalized after getting shot in the belly in North Lawndale, police said

The shooting took place around 6:30 p.m. in the 4000 block of West 16^th Street, police said.

The victim, a 34-year-old man, was shot in the abdomen. He was treated at Mt. Sinai hospital, where he was listed in critical condition, police said.
