CHICAGO — A roaring inferno erupted in a Morgan Park apartment building Saturday afternoon, leaving two people injured, officials said.
Firefighters responded to the blaze at 2030 W. 111th St., near Longwood Drive, about 1 p.m. and were still fighting it hours later, according to the Chicago Fire Department.
Two people were treated for injuries at the scene, the department's Twitter page said.
