CLINTON HILL — A new rendering shows the six-story mixed-use building set to rise at the site of the former New Sapolo Restaurant on Myrtle Avenue.

The new 8,785-square-foot building, planned for 501 Myrtle Ave., will feature 10 residential units and 1,882-square feet of ground-floor retail, according to Department of Buildings filings.

The building will also include storage space for five bikes, a tenant recreation room, a lobby and two roof terraces, DOB records show.

The new building, developed by the owners of New Sapolo, was designed by Raymond Chan Architect

The rendering was posted last week at the construction site, according to the Myrtle Avenue Brooklyn Partnership

It’s one of 10 new projects currently under development along Myrtle Avenue spanning Clinton Hill, Fort Greene and Downtown Brooklyn.

Combined, the new projects will add 1,125 new apartments and 26 new storefronts to the street, according to the Myrtle Avenue Brooklyn Partnership.

The property's owners could not be reached for comment. It wasn't clear how long construction would last.
