FORT GREENE — A thief snatched a deliveryman’s electric bike while he was on the job last week, police said.

The worker was making a delivery for Chung Chun Kitchen at the Walt Whitman Houses around 11:40 p.m. on Tuesday when the bike was stolen, according to the NYPD.

The man left the motorized bike, worth $1,600, on the street as he walked to the front door of the building, police said.

When he looked back to check on the vehicle, he saw a man get on it and ride it away toward St. Edwards Street, police said.

Police were not able to track down the suspect or the bike.

A manager at the eatery said on Wednesday that wasn't aware of the incident.
