It's Friday. There's tons of cool things we've planned to do over the weekend, since the forecast predicts a spring-like high of 57 degrees for Saturday. It's a stark contrast to last weekend's dangerously low temperatures, which inspired most of us to hibernate all weekend with Netflix, Seamless and an adult coloring book (or was that just me?).

Only a few more hours to go before weekend freedom reigns!

WEATHER: Accuweather predicts a high of 41 degrees today, with sunny skies getting clouded over by about 1 p.m. today. We may get some showers around 9 p.m.

SUBWAYS: At the time of publication, a few lines were experiencing delays.

Northbound 4 and 5 trains are running with delays due to signal problems at Bowling Green.

There are a few residual delays on the A, C and F lines due to an earlier incident at Jay Street-Metrotech.

Southbound N and R trains are running with delays due to signal problems at Prince Street.

Because we've got a great weekend ahead of us, but the trains are a bit messy and it's not spring yet, today's Misery Index is a 2.
