
RED HOOK — A group armed with a gun left a woman injured after they robbed her of her purse in Red Hook, police said.
The 35-year-old victim was on Clinton Street near Center Street on Nov. 1 around 5:45 a.m. when three robbers snatched valuables worth $170 from her, according to the police report.
The group consisted of a man, a woman and a third person whose gender was not known. The woman in the group showed the victim a silver handgun during the incident, police said.
The man then forcibly took the victim's purse, knocking her to the ground and injuring her right hand.
The stolen goods included a light green Guess purse and wallet, documents and identity cards, police said.

Other notable crimes in the 76th Precinct, according to police, include:
► About $4,400 in tools was stolen from a Carroll Gardens construction site on Union Street between 7 p.m. on Nov. 3 and 8 a.m. on Nov. 4, police said. Thieves entered the site by breaking the lock on the front door.
► A Congress Street home in Cobble Hill was burglarized sometime overnight between Nov. 5 to 6, according to the NYPD. Thieves broke into the residence through the rear window and took $16,700 in appliances, including a Wolf stove, a microwave and an LG washer.
