FORT GREENE — A teen was stabbed and another was slashed in the face during a brawl that broke out at the McDonald's inside the Atlantic Terminal Mall after-school Monday, police said.

An NYPD officer was also maced in the melee, police said.

“It’s an after-school issue," NYPD Chief of Detectives Robert Boyce said at an unrelated press conference. "A lot of different high schools congregate there after dismissal.

"The precinct commanders know what’s going on," he said. "Unfortunately, every now and again, these young people get together and there’s some trouble.”

Police responded to a call of a large group of disorderly teens fighting in the mall's McDonald's roughly 3:35 p.m. Monday, according to the NYPD.

An 18-year-old man suffered a stab wound to his right side, and a 16-year-old male got cuts to his face in a fight that moved from the McDonald's to the east side of the mall. The two teens were taken to Brookdale Hospital in stable condition, authorities said.

The police officer was also taken to Brookdale.

Three teens were arrested, one for possessing a box cutter, one for assault and another for an unrelated open warrant, police said.
