FORT GREENE —  A Fort Greene woman and her three sisters fractured a woman's face, threw a brick through her car window and poured sugar into her gas tank — all over a man, according to authorities.

Donicia English, 37, the eldest of the sisters, was angry that the victim was dating the same man she was seeing, so she confronted her on Aug. 20 in NYCHA’s Whitman Houses, where the women both live, a law enforcement source said.

English grabbed the woman's hair and punched her in the face, according to a source. Her three sisters, Dashana, Daquana, and Demmi English joined the fray, repeatedly hitting the victim and kicking her in the face and torso, according to the criminal complaint.

They took a necklace off the victim's neck and fled, the complaint says.

The victim initially refused medical attention but then went to the hospital and was found to have several injuries, including fractured bones under her eye and nose, a law enforcement source said.

When the victim returned from the hospital at roughly 2 a.m. Aug. 21., she found the English sisters and a fifth family member standing around the gas tank of her 2004 Dodge Stratus, according to a law enforcement source. They had thrown a brick through her rear driver's side window and poured sugar in her gas tank, according to the criminal complaint.

The English sisters were arrested and charged with felony robbery and gang assault, among other charges, according to court documents.

Lawyers for the sisters could not be reached for comment.
