Three people suffered minor injuries after a fire caused a blackout that left 770 Harlem customers without power.

A housing court recently requested that the landlord provide documents exhibiting "economic infeasibility" as a reason not to repair the damaged building.

The fire that engulfed the roof of a Broadway building Monday was sparked by an errant cigarette, the FDNY said.

The May 18 fire in Ace Hardware at 60 Hudson St. did not come close to igniting the 80,000 gallons of diesel fuel stored in the building, FDNY said.

Underground circuit breaker caught fire, sending thick black smoke into the air early Thursday.

The fuel did not ignite, but local residents say the fire shows the dangers of storing it in the historic building.
