The gunman shot the man at point-blank range inside the City Diner last summer, police said.

Anthony Ureña's body was found on the Hudson River by the Hoboken Police Department, officials said. 

Police said they believe the thief is responsible for a string of thefts at a local nursing home. 

Injuries for pedestrians and cyclists were down, but overall collisions in the neighborhood increased.
