INWOOD — The body of a college student who went missing after leaving an Inwood nightclub last month has been found, NYPD officials said.

Anthony Ureña, 23, who was last seen on Nov. 14 near West 204th Street after leaving the Cliff New York club at 440 W. 202nd St., was found near the Hudson River on Christmas Day by the Hoboken Police Department, officials said.

“R. I. P. my baby boy always keeping my heart beating with love,” his mother, Judith Lopez, announced in a Facebook post. She identified his body on Tuesday, she wrote on the announcement.

Ureña's family held a vigil last month near the area where he went missing in Inwood, hoping to raise awareness and support for the case. Councilman Ydanis Rodriguez and State Sen. Adriano Espaillat vowed to support the family in the case.

On Dec. 17, Lopez launched a GoFundMe account, in the hopes of hiring a private investigator to help with her son’s case, who by then was missing for a little over a month. The campaign raised $14,425 of its $15,000 goal in just three days.

The Hoboken Police Department and the detective on the case, Rodolfo Bisono, did not immediately reply to requests for comment Tuesday.

The medical examiner's office will determine his cause of death, police said.
