Urban Upbound plans to paint the wall with a new mural "that nobody would dare deface."

The mural was vandalized Friday night and again after the artists restored it on Sunday.

The artists unveiled the mural Thursday at 13th Street and 40th Avenue to honor the late hip-hop star.

Ryo Oyamada, 24, was hit by an NYPD patrol car while crossing a street in Queensbridge in 2013.

Javares Batts, 38, of Woodside, was shot outside the NYCHA building at 41-10 Vernon Blvd. on Monday.

The three men cornered the 26-year-old victim in front of 41-06 Vernon Blvd. on Thursday, police said.

The famed musician visited his old stomping grounds Wednesday, according to social media posts.

The city wrapped up an $87 million project to replace all the roofs in Queensbridge Houses in Queens.

The mural went up recently at the corner of 21st Street and 40th Avenue.

"You couldn't pry her away from this park," Elizabeth McQueen's grandson said of the late park leader.

The funding will bring the much-needed play space to P4@Skillman.

McQueen worked for years to advocate for the park and was head of its "Friends of" group.

The $87 million project will replace the roofs at 26 buildings in the NYCHA development.

The victim and the man were involved in a dispute before the attack, police said.

The 7,000 residents of Queensbridge Houses will be the first to receive the free service.
