
BROOKLYN — A 27-year-old man was shot to death while waiting at a bus stop outside the Farragut Houses Wednesday night, police said.
Melquain Henderson was shot in the chest at the stop in front of 190 York St., near Gold Street, about 8:45 p.m., the NYPD said.
Henderson, who lived in the complex about two blocks away on Sands Street, was taken to Brooklyn Hospital, where he died.
It’s unclear what sparked the shooting.
No arrests had been made as of Thursday morning, according to police.
