
FORT GREENE — For those looking to make the most of the Fourth of July weekend, head to Commodore Barry Park for the International African Arts Festival.
The 46th annual, four-day festival, market and performance showcase is happening in Brooklyn, bringing live music, dance, workshops, food and vendors to the Fort Greene park, rain or shine.
This year’s line-up includes reggae star Denroy Morgan, jazz trombonist Fred Wesley, Tito Puente Jr. and the Philadelphia-based African dance and drumming group Kulu Mele.
The festival will be open every day from Saturday through Tuesday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and admission is $5 for adults and $2 for children.
