BROOKLYN — An ex-con with a pending burglary charge was nabbed by police for the shooting near Barclays Center that caused havoc in the area and left one person wounded last week, officials said.

Jonathan Cordoba, 29, was taken into custody on Wednesday after being tracked down at his friend’s home, police said.

Cordoba — who previously served four years in prison for burglary — was seen in surveillance video holding a handgun outside a busy Atlantic Terminal on June 14 and opening fire.

Cordoba shot a 50-year old man in the leg — and the victim was taken to Methodist hospital for treatment, according to FDNY and NYPD officials.

The victim identified Cordoba in a police lineup on Thursday, police said.

Pedestrians were seen scrambling for cover when Cordoba opened fire over an unspecified dispute.

"I heard [gunshots] and saw a whole group of people running," said Andrew Hyland, who works near the area at the time of the incident.

Cordoba was arraigned on charges of attempted murder in the second degree, reckless endangerment, attempted assault, menacing and weapon possession. He was ordered held on $50,000 bail and is due back in court on June 26.

Cordoba had been arrested in January for burglary, according to law enforcement. Cordoba also served a four-year prison sentence for burglary stemming from a 2008 break in, according to court documents.
