QUEENS — Police arrested a 31-year-old woman who they said robbed two elderly victims in Forest Hills and stole beauty products from a local store, authorities said.

Nikki Newmark, 31, of Forest Hills, was arrested Monday night on Yellowstone Boulevard and charged with two counts of robbery and one count of petit larceny, officials said.

Police said in both robbery incidents the suspect attacked elderly women in the vicinity of Yellowstone Boulevard, near 67th Road and 67th Avenue — where she herself lived — knocked them to the ground and snatched their purses, before fleeing on foot.

The suspect robbed her first victim, a 70-year-old woman, on April 5 around 6:30 p.m.

She struck again April 16 around 3:45 p.m., when she attacked a 73-year-old woman only one block away from where the first incident took place, police said.

On the same day, she stole $25 worth of beauty products from a 99 Cents store at 102-05 Queens Blvd., according to the NYPD.

Information on Newmark’s attorney was not immediately available.
